2 Athletes
Body position privates involve strengthening, conditioning, and over-stretching. This direct focus on proper stretching technique results in better, more stable body positions as well as translates into better jumps for a more well-rounded athlete. Please expect to be sore from a good workout!

Classes
1.5 hours of collegiate level stunting as well as pyramid and basket work. A great way to become more versatile for the next level.
This class is designed for beginner tumblers wanting to learn and master all things level 1!
This class is for athletes who are currently working on getting and/or cleaning up and building confidence in standing back handsprings and round off back handsprings. (Single BHS & BHS series)

This class is for athletes that are currently working on running and standing tucks!
In this class;
athletes will be put through carefully selected drills and conditioning designed to shape and set their tucks for more purposeful reps to help reach their goal.

Coached by Jake & LG. This class will focus on entry level elite tumbling.

Mat time rules:
-Safety first! Only work on skills you can perform safely!
- You may use mats not being utilized for private lessons or classes!
- Be respectful of the lessons and classes going on around you!
- Trampoline use during mat time must be approved by a coach! (trampoline use is for tumbling ONLY!)
- If you use something, put it back where it goes!!
- Drills are HIGHLY encouraged during mat time! (Drills MAKE skills!!)
