Half coed stunt & half tumbling lesson! This option saves you $10 as opposed to booking separately! ��

Body position privates involve strengthening, conditioning, and over-stretching. This direct focus on proper stretching technique results in better, more stable body positions as well as translates into better jumps for a more well-rounded athlete. Please expect to be sore from a good workout!

Classes
This class is designed to help your athlete develop the necessary strength, agility, and cardio to be a successful cheerleader on any team.
This class is for athletes who are ready to learn or who are currently working on elite level stunts and dismounts.
These include;
Full ups, switch ups, inversions, hand to hands, high to highs, low to highs, etc. As well as elite level dismounts and baskets.
**Flyers, bases and back spots MUST be able to safely execute a clean straight up lib, pop off in order to participate in this particular stunt class.

This class is designed for beginner tumblers wanting to learn and master all things level 1!
This class is for athletes who will be trying out for school cheer in the spring! Athletes will go over proper motions, jumps and their tumbling passes they plan on doing for tryouts! Athletes will also learn a cheer, chant and a short dance!
Hybrid will hold 3 mock tryouts to simulate the tryout experience to best prepare your athlete for what to expect in the spring! (Mock tryout dates TBD)

1 HOUR OF MAT TIME. MAT TIME ALLOWS ATHLETES TO COME TO THE GYM AND WORK INDEPENDENTLY. Athletes are permitted to use equipment that is not being used in lessons or classes.
