MAT TIME

Mat time rules:
-Safety first! Only work on skills you can perform safely!
- You may use mats not being utilized for private lessons or classes!
- Be respectful of the lessons and classes going on around you!
- Trampoline use during mat time must be approved by a coach! (trampoline use is for tumbling ONLY!)
- If you use something, put it back where it goes!!
- Drills are HIGHLY encouraged during mat time! (Drills MAKE skills!!)
